We're excited to introduce Champ Conditioning - our new small group personal training class designed to make you stronger, faster and more resilient inside and outside of the ring.

Champ Conditioning delivers the benefits of personal training at a fraction of the cost, while still giving you expert coaching, individual attention, and structured programming in a motivating small-group setting.

Each session focuses on functional movement patterns that directly support sport performance and everyday strength, including
- Squatting
-Lunging
-Hip Hinging
-Horizontal & Vertical pushing and pulling
-Core stability & Rotational Strength
-Conditioning and Cardio

This isn't random workouts - it's smart purposeful training that builds strength, improves movement quality, and helps reduce injury risk while boosting performance.

Whether you want to hit harder, move better, or simply feel stronger and more athletic, Champ Conditioning is built to support your goals.
