INCLINE BENCH PR 275lbs @ 205lbs😀πŸ’ͺ🏻 Failed the second rep but happy with the progress I’ve made on the incline bench this year! Many people will tell you it is impossible to get stronger as you are leaning down but that is simply not the case. I’ve been utilizing reverse pyramid training for the last 6 months and I have seen great changes in my physique and strength!

INTERMITTENT FASTING β˜•οΈ Every morning when I wake up I fast for the first 6-8 hour upon waking. I’ve been doing this for the last 2 years thanks to and it’s really helped me stay in a caloric deficit. Once I break the fast I typically have a banana before I train than two massive meals to finish off the day!πŸ©πŸ” Try this out and let me know what you think in the comment section below!⬇️⬇️⬇️
