Not only in fitness or sports, but day to day healthy living for a longer life, to break past the naysayers and imagine what you want to do mentally and physically and to build a better life

for you. All you have to do is press the button...To believe that anything is possible, you just have to take control to build your dream, to find it in yourself to overcome the physical thoughts and not to believe others and what they tell you. To understand that you have to know your body and fight through the mental thoughts, fears and fight it every day a little more you'll understand to love that weird feeling and when you love that feeling it become easier. What ever happened last year, tomorrow can give you that fresh start! No new year resolutions, just you grinding away at your goals again, but this year much harder! The past is the past and you will look at these 365 days laying before you and you will know, you have 365 days to prove even more to yourself. .
For me this year gave me new insights. Insights into myself and my wishes. I made the decision to chase the dream to travel the world. That's why I am redoing my home again, so I can rent it out. Everytime I am painting something I am chasing my dreams. So next year is just more of that. Chasing my instagram vision and getting my diploma for school and if everything goes accordingly getting on that airplane and leaving everything behind! 👊🏻
