Firstly a big THANK YOU 😊 to our members who have already submitted your vaccination verification and supporting photo ID. We can't wait to see you in classes next week!!!
As a REMINDER:
As per recent mandates, here at F45 Oakville Lakeshore, we will be following all public health recommendations and safety guidelines that have been put in place which include a cautious approach for your safety and protection.
Effective September 22, 2021 we will require proof of full vaccination (two doses plus 14 days) along with photo ID in order to attend classes.
We invite you to submit your vaccine verification certificate and a copy of your photo ID to us via email at [email protected], as soon as possible so that we can make sure that you are able to attend classes with no delays.
