Whether you’re already committed to the EVP Eagles for the upcoming season or you’re hoping to become part of the family at try-outs this September, this is the perfect opportunity to spend the day with us!
Our Annual BBQ & Open House brings together our entire volleyball community for a fun-filled day of volleyball, food, games, prizes, and meeting the people who make EVP such a special place.
Throughout the day you’ll have the opportunity to:
🏐 Play beach volleyball with current and future Eagles.
👋 Meet our coaching staff and club leadership.
🤝 Get to know future teammates and other EVP families.
🎯 Participate in fun volleyball games and challenges.
🎁 Win giveaways and great prizes throughout the day.
🌭 Enjoy delicious hot dogs from our BBQ.
🍺 Relax in our licensed BBQ area, where parents can enjoy a cold beverage while getting to know other EVP families.
One of the best parts of being an EVP Eagle is the incredible community we’ve built over the years. This event gives returning families a chance to reconnect while welcoming the next generation of Eagles into the program.
If you’re already registered, we’d love to see you come out, hit the courts, meet your coaches, and spend the day with your volleyball family.
If you’re considering trying out for the EVP Eagles this season, there is no better opportunity to experience our club, meet our staff, ask questions, and see what being an Eagle is all about.
This is a drop-in event! Families are welcome to arrive at any time throughout the day. Stay for an hour or spend the entire day with us. Whether you’re coming to play volleyball, enjoy the BBQ, meet the coaches, or attend the information session, we’d love to see you there!
