Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 6 AM
Thursday 715 AM
Tuesday 6 PM or 630 PM - TBD.
Thursday 6pm** RSVP required to confirm Thursday class
Saturday 8 AM (1.5 hours)
Sunday (2 hours).
