Super Strokes Summer Swim School Backyard swim lessons with Coach Emily, swimming and water safety instructor with 20+ years exp. She has taught swimmers of all ages and abilities.

Coach Emily is a veteran Swimming and Water Safety Instructor with over 20 years of experience. During the "off-season", Coach Emily transitions to Mme Goulden, the elementary educator. Her teaching style focusses on water safety and technique using games, engaging activities and proven teaching tools. Coach Jaime is our newest team member and has been teaching for 2 years. She is 16 years old and

is Coach Emily's youngest daughter. She enjoys making learning about water safety a fun and exciting experience for young swimmers and connects well with children of all ages. Coach Hailie has been a Swimming and Water Safety Instructor for 6 years and is 21 this summer. She has seen many returning swimmers who request her for her gentle and caring nature, and her focus on technique and safety. The pool is a large, outdoor, saltwater pool with enough room for diving and swimming laps. The water is kept above 80 degrees Fahrenheit for your comfort.

We are looking forward to a great swim season this year! We are booking now for lessons starting in late May (weather depending). We will have Coach Jaime and Coach Emily as our regulars and Coach Hailie will be returning to fill in when needed! Message us for more details and to reserve your spot!

The pool will be opening at the end of May, and we will begin booking lessons with Coach Emily or our new team member, Coach Jaime as soon as the weather is pleasant enough! We look forward to reconnecting with our returning families and welcoming new swimmers!

To our past and future families,
After much deliberation, Coach Hailie and I have made the tough decision to put a pause on lessons for the season. Hailie has a full-time job lined up and we have a lot of family commitments this summer that will make it very difficult to maintain a regular schedule. After the year we've had, we need to take the time to connect with loved ones. We appreciate your interest in our program and we hope to be in a better position to teach next summer. Thanks for your understanding.

- Staggered appointments

- Limited seating available

- No washroom available (only privacy curtain for changing)

- Instructors to wear faces shields

Protocols will be followed and updated regularly, based on Public Health direction.
