Today it’s with a heavy heart that I share some very sad news.

Our dear Donna passed away on February 16th after a valiant battle with cancer.

Donna was an amazing human. She was always positive and full of great energy. She was kind and thoughtful and always with a smile.
I felt very honored to know her.

In the 4 years she was part of this amazing group Donna Harper accomplished so many amazing things from learning to climb a rope to crossing the finish line of a Spartan race. She always came with positve energy and we can do anything attitude.

The memories that we created with her are all ones of joy and friendship she was definitely one of a kind.

She leaves us with a heavy heart and profound sadness.

Hey friends and family

I’m organizing a winter indoor Dragonboat training. Dragonboating is so much fun and with this group of ladies you’ll definitely have a blast. If you’re looking for something to keep you active with a great group of motivational and encouraging people this might be just what you need!!

What an amazing dragonboating experience

So much fun and a great new adventure.
Most of us were first timers and now we love it!

We’ve decided we love it so much that were going to extend our season until end of September.

We have a few spots open in our boat so if you think you’d like to give it a go message me and come join our merry crew on the lake!!!!

Anyone have a high schooler or uni student that’s good at physics and wants to help my daughter with her course? She’s happy to do it virtually and of course I’m happy to pay for their time.

My bootcampers and I are setting our sights on a new challenge.

Here we go again.
Training for the Detroit 1/2 marathon starts next week.

If you think you’d like to join us and scratch this off your bucket list jump on it!

So many of us are beginners and running a 1/2 for the first time.
We’re going to conquer this as a team together!!

Training starts next week and when you sigh up you’ll get the training plan and we’ll be coached by the amazing Macey Auger who completed her first Boston marathon just this past April!

What a great day and sooo much fun! Our first dragon boat festival for the SurviveOars and an amazing silver medal finish!

This crew is jammed packed full of amazing, strong and inspiring women.

Happy Friday team!!!

We are setting a new goal and aiming our sights on a 1/2 marathon in October.

It will be the Detroit half that you run from the USA over the border to Canada then back.

What an awesome weekend with Spartan Canada at Brimacombe.

So happy to see so many familiar faces!
So many great memories so many awesome moments.
First off shout out to my bootcamp crew for crushing their sprint!!! You all inspire me all the time!!!!

And of course all the Spartan Kids who came out and slayed the course!!! I’m so proud of all the mini Spartans. Congrats to finishing a really tough race and hopefully most of you survived the shoe graveyard 👟👟
