Manitoba Cheer Force Competitive cheer team in Winnipeg Manitoba. we have 6 teams ages 3-18+
Tiny SPARK, Mini Flash, Youth HEAT, Junior IGNITE, Senior FX and Senior INSANITY

Manitoba Cheer Force is a performance based cheer, dance, stunt and tumbling team. We have five teams consisting of male and female athletes from ages 5 to 18+ with skill levels ranging from beginners to advanced. The program is run by the Director of Cheer with the help of parent volunteers. Each teams' coaching staff consists of a level appropriate, credentialed Head Coach, a certified trainer a

nd several assistant coaches. Manitoba Cheer Force athletes learn complex cheer routines consisting of tumbling, stunting, jumps and dance. The skills involved in Cheer help build strength, flexibility and self confidence. Our season runs September to April. Teams practice 4+ hours weekly and compete in 3-5 competitions yearly locally, nationally and beginning in 2014, internationally.
