I am a certified yoga instructor teaching yoga classes on the beach in West Cape, Prince Edward Island. There are many different branches of yoga and it is so important that people try out different instructors and class types to find the one that resonates with them. I teach to include all levels of yogi's by offering modifications and variations for almost every pose. In my Hatha classes you will learn poses, breathing and meditation techniques. You can expect to hold poses for anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 minutes. In my Yin classes you will learn poses, breathing and meditation techniques. Yin yoga is very relaxing and the majority of the class you can expect to be seated, lying on your stomach or back. Yin yoga focuses on targeting the connective tissues with the aim to increase flexibility and improve circulation in the body. Poses will be held for 3-5 minutes. I teach a monthly Yin, Indian Head Massage and Essential Oils class. In this class you will move through yin poses while I use Indian Head Massage techniques and therapeutic grade essential oils to help you relax even deeper into the poses.

Facilities-A small studio on the beach. There is enough room to hold 10 yogi's at a time. I do not have running water. However, there are lots of rocks to hide behind :). Training:
