Packages for all individuals looking to take their training to the next level. The training packages are geared towards high intensity interval training, dynamic functional lifting and flexibility. The Athlete Barn also offers a Sports Specific Hockey Package

The off ice program being offered was developed towards hockey related training in a dynamic workout setting. I train many Junior and Minor

hockey players both male and female, so the program is more geared towards younger players looking to make the leap to a higher caliber or to improve their overall health and get ready for the upcoming hockey season. The programs also allows younger players the ability to sustain power/strength throughout the hockey season. The programs include:

* Dynamic warm ups
* Balance training
* Agility training
* Aerobic and anaerobic conditioning
* Body weight strength training
* Functional strength exercises
* Core strength training

The benefits of Sports Specific Training are:

* Improved performance in your sport

* Improved balance and body awareness
* Improved endurance and ability to recover
* Increased flexibility, agility and strength

The Athlete Barn also provides packages for Team Training. These packages are geared towards a high intensity, sports specific circuit. As well as, dynamic lifts and high intensity interval cardio sessions.

Every session is coached with intent — helping young athletes train safely, improve performance, and build confidence that carries over to their sport and everyday life.

Ages 10–12
• Thursday — 7:00 PM

Ages 12–14
• Monday — 8:00 PM
• Tuesday — 6:00 PM
• Wednesday — 8:00 PM
• Thursday — 8:00 PM

Ages 15–20
• Monday — 9:00 PM
• Tuesday — 5:00 PM
• Wednesday — 9:00 PM
• Thursday — 9:00 PM
• Saturday — 10:00 AM
