And with that, I announce that will not be teaching in the fall. It’s a new season of life to enjoy and look forward to being a hype-gal participant in many classes to come 🙌⚡️

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to this journey - you are fabulous and I am so grateful 🤗

It’s me, I’m still here living my best summer life! Reminiscing on our past summer classes definitely gives me FOMO, but between biking 286km in June for , breaking my finger, and looking forward to attending some fabulous outdoor classes this summer… I know it’s all gonna be alright ♥️☀️

As we go into the last week of class before summer break, we take it back to the beginning! Over 5 years ago, I took the exciting leap to be a HIGH Fitness instructor. This journey has connected me to so many great people and places. With this, I hope to see you all at many classes this summer because it’s truly the best community with the best people and the best intentions. Take the leap!!! ♥️

Last week I tried an aerial silks class and it was so fun!!! 🪢 it was totally out of my comfort zone, there were tons of giggles, and I smiled the whole dang time 🤓

Monday:
6pm 50 min HIGH fitness
7pm 50 min HIGHYO
2828 28ave SW (Killarney Glengarry Community Centre)

Wednesday:
7:15pm HIGH
WHCA Dance studio (1940 6 Ave NW) Enter where the tennis courts are!
