💙 That reel is looking for likes and rewatches. No, you shouldn’t ever do a squat again because you saw a reel saying they are bad for you. Same goes for leg extensions or planks. Context matters!
💙 When you see a post about “hormone balancing” stop and ask about which hormones, why are they out of balance, and how will this product or intervention actually change that. If the post or the poster can’t clearly answer that, don’t buy it.
💙Natural does not automatically mean safe. Supplements shouldn’t be added to a routine without purpose, understanding, and for many of them, testing! Selenium is so important for thyroid function, but too much can cause GI distress and extreme fatigue. Electrolytes can be soooo helpful for supporting hydration and nutrition, but they can also cause high blood pressure and water retention in certain conditions.
