What is my gameplan to shed a bunch of weight in 2024?
1. What is my weight loss goal? My goal is to drop 35lbs this year. 230 # starting weight. 195 is my goal.
2. What diet or food strategy are you going to use? I've had success with many diets over the years but Macro based flexible diet has been the best for me generally and is what I'm going to start with on this cut.
3. Macro breakdown to start
186g protein
186g carbs
71g of fat
2127 total cals
4. Steps: 10k steps per day. This is a big one. Back in the day when I coached so many of our classes at Lions it was easy to get steps in. Now I will need to allocate time to make sure this happens. Very important to have more movement per day than just a 1 hour workout...especially when cutting weight.
5. Workouts: CrossFit 4 days a week. Some running, some extra lifting.

It's never the right time to get started. There is always a million excuses to wait till next week. Lets say F*Ck those and get going right now. For me personally, I'm coming off a horrible flu and there is no way I could workout today but it doesn't mean I can't eat less than I need to start cutting weight. Personally I'm tired of my excuses. Just get after it.

It's January 2nd and its time to make a real change. I'm at a place in life where if I don't make some significant health and wellness changes in my life, I never will. Kinda rock bottom. If you want to join me then like this page and lets get after it.
