Well I guessed this one… back in masks as of tomorrow morning Y’all. I’m sorry to be the bearer of this unfortunate news, however if it means we get rid of this virus and can live free again, I’m in! ALL indoor spaces are affected.., yes that means everywhere but your home. 🙃

As fall approaches, don’t get comfortable. Get off the beach and back into the Gym. Consistency is the answer. Get under weights at least 3 times per week, hydrate heavily even though it’s cooled off, eat 3 meals and 3 snacks daily omitting starch after 1pm.
