What an incredible time at our maiden international Training Exchange Program in Wuhan, China for our MAG and WAG teams! 🇨🇳✨

Our athletes have already been immersed in an amazing high-performance training environment, working hard each day to develop new skills, improve technique, build strength, and learn from experienced coaches. Watching them challenge themselves, stay focused, and embrace new training methods has been inspiring. 💪🤸‍♀️

Beyond the gym, this trip has also been filled with unforgettable cultural experiences — from scenic waterfalls and nature parks to boat rides, team dinners, and exploring beautiful new places together. These moments are helping our athletes grow not only as gymnasts, but as confident, independent, and globally-minded young people.

The friendships, teamwork, laughter, and support we’ve seen throughout this journey have made this experience truly special already, and we are excited for everything still ahead. ❤️🤍
