⛵ NYC Junior Sailing Cleanup Night ⛵

Help us get the Northern Yacht Club Junior Sailing grounds shipshape for summer!

We're looking for volunteers to help spruce up our facilities and grounds before another exciting season of Junior Sailing begins. Whether you can stay for an hour or the entire evening, every helping hand makes a difference.

Please bring any tools you can:
🌱 W**d Whackers
🌿 Brush Cutters
🚜 Lawn Mowers
🍂 Rakes & Shovels
🧹 General Yard & Cleanup Tools

Our goal is to tidy up both inside and outside the club to create the best possible environment for the 120+ young sailors who participate in our programs each year.

⛵️ We are hiring an Administrator and Recreational Coordinator for our Junior Sailing Program!

Come and join the Junior Sailing Crew for an amazing summer!

This is a grant position, for people entering or returning to a post secondary program, under the age of 30.
The contract runs for 13 weeks, with an early June start date.

This role would be responsible for the administrative duties associated with the Junior Sale Program, including weekly emails, handling communications with participants and their families, ensuring registration is organized and up to date, supporting coaches in tracking sailors progression, among other duties.
They will also be responsible for the land based programming for the afternoon activities for the Wet Feet Program (children aged 5 - 8).

No sailing experience is required!

Registration is now open to non-members. Please make sure you pick the correct course. Wet feet is only for kids 5 years old to 8 years old. To register for Cansail 3/4 you must have passed cansail 2.

Beginners 8 years old and older must take the Cansail 1/2 session. Any questions you can message us here.
