💙❤️ That's a wrap on an incredible second season of Girls Night at Peninsula FC! ❤️💙
What began as a simple idea to remove barriers and create a free, welcoming place for girls to play soccer turned into something much bigger than we could have imagined.
This summer, **more than 205 girls** joined us on the field to play, laugh, make friends, build confidence, and discover a love for the game. We watched older girls mentor younger players, new friendships form, and countless moments that reminded us why creating opportunities like this matters.
Girls Night wasn't just about soccer. It was about belonging. It was about giving every girl a safe place to try something new, be active, gain confidence, and feel part of a community.
We're also thrilled to see Girls Night helping strengthen the future of girls' soccer at Peninsula, with increased registrations for our fall programs and more girls continuing along our development pathways.
This program was only possible because of an incredible community. Thank you to our volunteers, coaches, sponsors, families, and everyone who supported Girls Night from the very beginning. Your enthusiasm and belief in this program helped make it a tremendous success.
Most importantly, thank you to the amazing girls who showed up every Thursday with energy, kindness, and smiles. You are the reason this program exists.
This may be the end of our summer season, but it's only the beginning. We can't wait to see Girls Night continue to grow and inspire even more girls in the years ahead.
Please remember to complete the feedback survey, this will allow us to show the impact of this program and keep it running for years to come!
