We are incredibly excited for the fall 10K, half marathon and full marathon clinics beginning August 12. 😄
These running clinics provide participants with structured training plans, experienced coaching, educational support, and an exclusive store discount. For over 20 years, Lisa and the team at Active Running have been helping runners achieve their goals. Designed by a registered physiotherapist and Boston Marathon finisher, our training plans are complemented by a dedicated coaching team that supports participants every step of the way.
They are an amazing opportunity to train for your next adventure with support and guidance, while meeting some of the wonderful members of North Bay’s running community.
The fall clinic will meet Wednesday and Saturdays for a 12 week training program leading up to the Hamilton Road2hope races. We have chosen the Sandman hotel for our accommodations, and clinic members will receive a clinic discount code on a room.

We’re incredibly excited to welcome Graham Hansel, Registered Physiotherapist, to the Active Running team! 👟

Graham earned his Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia in 2022. He has completed training in IMS dry needling, advanced education in running assessment and diagnosis, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Combined with his own experience as a runner, Graham brings a wealth of knowledge to help runners and active individuals recover, perform, and reach their goals.

We’re thrilled to have Graham join our team and look forward to working alongside him to support our amazing community. Please join us in giving him a warm Active Running welcome! 🎉
