It has been shown in the research ( and testimonial) time and time again that exercise can relieve stress and is good medicine for our overall mental health. Christmas season can be a busy and stressful time of year for people... why not stop in to JK strength and get some meaningful training that will help relieve some of the stress. TAKE TIME FOR YOU!

HERE’S THE DEAL:
Come and try it out for free November 18, 26, 27, 28

Then fit it in to your December Christmas planning for $75 from December 2-19. Twice a week.

Hours are 4:30pm-5:30pm and 5:30pm-6:30pm

The box jump: I’ll say the obvious, it’s a jumping exercise ▪️▪️▪️but lacks the reactive component like a hurdle jump. Box jumps are training to use our breaks- absorbing the force you created. 🤸‍♂️

So prober box jump:
▪️start with box jumps before moving to more reactive stuff like jumping over a hurdle.
▪️Select a box height that allows for landing position similar to the starting position
▪️land softly( seen not heard)
▪️step down after sticking the landing don’t jump down 👈defeats the purpose of the box jump.
