Green Dojo’s own Jon “Big Fiji” Panpasa is getting ready to make history as he steps into Saskatchewan’s first-ever professional heavyweight kickboxing bout! 👊💥
October 3rd will be a huge night for combat sports in Saskatchewan, featuring professional boxing bouts, amateur boxing bouts, and professional kickboxing action — including Big Fiji representing Green Dojo on this historic card.
We’re incredibly proud and honoured to be part of Saskatchewan’s first professional kickboxing event and to have one of our own helping make history.
Big Fiji is putting in the work. The Fijian Fridge is putting in work as he has tough opponent ahead of him join us on the mats as we prep for a historic night in Saskatchewan combat sports .

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling-based martial art that teaches kids how to control, escape, defend themselves, and problem-solve using technique instead of strength.
In class, kids learn takedowns, positions, escapes, submissions, and safe controlled rolling, all while building confidence, discipline, respect, coordination, and real self-defense skills. 💪🥋

🥷🐢💚 LIL MUTANTS IS BACK! 💚🥷🐢
Our Lil Mutants program is the perfect introduction to martial arts for kids ages 4–6!
Lil Mutants is a non-contact class where we use lots of fun games and activities to introduce kids to martial arts while teaching:
🥊 Striking & grappling fundamentals
🥋 Martial arts techniques
🛡️ Self-defense
💪 Confidence & coordination
🎮 Games, challenges & activities
📅 TWO CLASS OPTIONS:
Group A — Tuesdays: 5:15–5:45 PM
Group B — Tuesdays: 5:45–6:15 PM
Group A — Sundays: 11:00–11:30 AM
Group B — Sundays: 11:30 AM–12:00 PM
We’re proud to see so many of our Lil Mutants graduate into our other Green Dojo youth programs and continue their martial arts journey!
