This weekend’s seminar with Kate “The GR8” Clements was a huge success at Green Dojo. All three sessions were awesome, and everyone had a great time learning from one of Canada’s best.
Kate brought amazing energy, great technical knowledge, and a really positive atmosphere to every class. She made the sessions fun, challenging, and welcoming for everyone involved, and the feedback from all the athletes has been incredible.
It was a pleasure having you down training with us for the weekend, Kate. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your knowledge and experience with our team. Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make the seminar such a great event.

Third Annual Summer Camp at the Green Dojo!
Get ready for four action-packed days of fun, adventure, learning, and teamwork this summer at the Green Dojo! Our summer camp is built to give kids an unforgettable experience filled with martial arts, outdoor adventures, games, creativity, and confidence-building activities in a positive environment.
📅 Dates: July 6th – July 9th
💲 Cost: $240
👦👧 Ages: 7–12
👥 Only 12 spots available!
Throughout the camp, kids will train in both Muay Thai and MMA grappling self-defense while learning valuable skills, building confidence, and staying active in a fun and safe environment.
Camp activities include:

At Green Dojo, we’re building more than fighters — we’re building confident, disciplined, and resilient kids.
Our upcoming semester runs May 3rd – June 28th, and we’re excited to help our students level up before summer.
🐢 LIL MUTANTS (Ages 4–6)
Our Lil Mutants program is the perfect introduction to martial arts. Students develop coordination, focus, confidence, and discipline in a fun, structured environment.
This semester, our Lil Mutants are working toward their green belt, building a strong foundation and preparing for their next big milestone before summer break.
👊 A fun, positive class where kids grow both on and off the mats.
🥊 YOUTH MUAY THAI (Ages 7–13)
Our Youth Muay Thai program is designed for all levels:
🔰 Beginner Class – Perfect for kids just starting out, learning fundamentals, technique, and confidence.
🔥 Advanced Class – For students ready to level up, testing their belts, sharpening their skills, and preparing for competition and tournaments.
This program builds strong bodies, sharp minds, and unstoppable confidence.

We’re heading into the final semester for our Little Mutants and Youth Muay Thai programs, and things are ramping up in a big way 💪
Our Little Mutants are pushing hard and getting ready to test for their GREEN BELTS 🟢🥷🐢
And our Youth Muay Thai athletes are gearing up for their belt testing and tournaments — this is where all that hard work comes together.

🥊 Muay Thai (Beginner & Level 1/2)

🥋 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi Program)
Monthly Gi class (Last day of the month – 6:30–8:00 PM)
Additional Gi sessions (Every 3rd Friday – 5:30–7:00 PM)
Perfect for learning positional control, submissions, and real grappling fundamentals.

👣 Fight Team Training (Fridays 7:00–8:00 PM)
