After about 6 months of filming, our full Guard retention series is done and published on our YouTube channel! In this series we cover everything you need to know about guard retention. Every topic from outside the legs, through the legs, and pressure passing guard retention.. to how to use layers of your guard from long to short range, as well as how to counter Front headlock and Leg locks while retaining your guard and more! This was a long project so I hope you enjoy the 26 videos of over 6 hours of instruction on Guard retention!
