Canada, ready for an eclipse encore? 🌘

Earlier this month, the Moon moved in front of the Sun. On the night of August 27 to 28, Earth returns the favour by casting its shadow on the full Moon!

During this partial lunar eclipse, most of the Moon will darken, and the shadowed area may take on a reddish colour.

Here’s when to look up (Eastern Time):

🌘 Partial eclipse begins: August 27 at 10:34 p.m.
🔴 Maximum eclipse: August 28 at 12:13 a.m.
🌒 Partial eclipse ends: August 28 at 1:52 a.m.

No special glasses needed, just maybe a coffee! 😉 Just find a clear view of the sky and enjoy the show, weather permitting!
