Yesterday’s weather kept many of our regulars away for our weekly women’s and men’s leagues, but who can blame them? I’m a fair weather golfer myself. Despite the gloomy forecast, both events went off without any rain. The ladies played a shotgun start, each playing their own ball. We did a random draw for prizes and our winners were Joyce P and Sue B. Congrats ladies! (Sorry no pics).

Men’s night had 7 teams competing for the best poker hand at the end of the round. Congratulations to our winners:

Worst Hand: Sean, Steve, James

UPDATE: Good morning. Looks like the weather is going to cooperate for women’s shotgun start at 10 am. See you shortly.

Well the forecast tomorrow isn’t looking great for our weekly women’s shotgun at 10 am and our weekly men’s night at 5 pm. Please be sure to let us know if you’re not coming. If there is significant rainfall and we need to cancel, we will post here by 9 am for the women’s group and 4 pm for the men’s group. We will also update the voicemail on the pro shop phone if we are closed due to the possible storm. 🤞🏻

Hey, you may have seen our recent update about this event being sold out. Due to overwhelming demand, we are considering adding a second shotgun start at 9:30 pm. If you missed out on the 7 pm slot but would love to join us, call the pro shop (705-454-0591) to get on the waitlist for our 9:30 pm tee time on Friday October 16th. We need to fill 36 spaces for this second time to go ahead so get your friends to sign up too. It’s going to be a great night.
