The school board has canceled all permits for this evening due to the snow storm, therefore classes will be canceled this evening.

Make up class will be on Thursday (Feb 12th) as follows:

Tiny Tigers/ Little Dragon : 5-5:30
Junior white/yellow belts + White/yellow Belts from Family Class: 5:30-6:30
Junior Blue Belts + Blue belts from Family Class: 6:30-7:30
Adult Class: 7:30-8:30

Ben Liard - Instructor/Owner

Hello everyone,

My name is Ben Liard, I’m the owner/operator of the French River Family Martial Arts Centre located in Noelville Ontario. My current rank is 2ed degree black belt in the K*k Sool - Hap Ki Do which is a Korean martial arts. I began my martial arts training at the age of 10 in Wado Kai and received my Orange belt. Later at the age of 15 years old I began training under Master Charles Coutu, receiving my 1st degree black belt in 2013 and 2nd degree in 2019. I’ve been teaching martial arts since I had my blue belt at the age of 17 years old and always had a passion for the arts ever since.

My wife and I recently moved to Alban, therefore I wanted to bring my training/experience and offer it to the community to help inspire others with knowledge in self defense and self awareness/control.

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome everyone to new beginnings and great training!
