Niagara Falls Lightning Gymnastic Club is currently in search of a new part-time office administrator (up to 12 hours per week)!
What You’ll Do:
• Greet athletes and families — you’re the welcoming face of the Club.
• Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Manage registrations, payments, and member records in Uplifter.
• Assist with competition and course registrations (KSIS, Gymnastics Ontario, NCCP).
• Track invoices, process payments, and support the Treasurer with account balancing.
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with families as needed.
• Submit injury reports and Gymnastics Ontario documentation.
• Keep schedules, announcements, and website updates current.
• Coordinate seasonal registration changes and help during busy times.
• Maintain office and cleaning supply inventories.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Problem-solving ability and solid organizational habits.
• Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge (balancing invoices, tracking payments).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; Uplifter experience is an asset.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Friendly, flexible team player with a positive attitude.
• Current (or willingness to obtain) Vulnerable Sector Check.
