United Family Martial Arts Niagara United Family Martial Arts offers programs for kids 3 & up as well as adult martial arts & fitness. We are a Carlos Catania BJJ Affiliate.

We also are home to CEOFit Supplements and Rest When Dead Clothing The UNITED Franchise has been around since 1991 and has martial arts programs for kids ages 3 - 6, 7 - 13. We have both Adult martial arts and fitness classes. Somerthing for the entire family w/ flexible hours and a fantastic fully paded, air conditioned facility.

September 9th (today!) is International FASD Day.
First celebrated in 1999, FASD day is devoted to raising awareness of fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD) to improve prevention of FASD and diagnosis and support for individuals with FASD. FASD is a lifelong disability that affects the brain and body of people who were exposed to alcohol in the womb. Each person with FASD has both strengths and challenges and will need special supports to help them succeed with many different parts of their daily lives.

One of many leading the charge in Niagara is NEO alumni and Sport Karate Hall of Fame member Jeremy Elliott. Contact him via United Family Martial Arts Niagara to learn how you can get involved... and make sure to ask him about his red boots (and gloves!)
