My name is Rachelle , and I created Rocky's KickFit in 2020 as a safe space where women can come and work out without feeling judged. Through years of sports t

raining, I have developed my unique style by applying what i've learned from a variety of instructors throughout my life and adding my own flare. Fitness Credentials

* Graduated with Physical Education and Kinesiology Degree
* 4th Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo
* 4x Canadian National Champion
* Silver Medalist at the Pan Am Open ( Portland)
* Bronze Medalist at the Pan Am championships ( Florida)
* Silver Medalist at the Commonwealth Games ( Scotland)
* Top 16 at the Taekwondo World Championships (Mexico)
* Silver Glove Champion( Canada)

Ladies …

New session starts July 12 - August 4th.

This will be our last session at Kingsmens boxing club. Our next session will commence mid august ( yes , night classes and weekend classes will be added to our schedule )!!

Hello ladies ….

Classes will start up on September 12th

Classes will ONLY run Monday and Wednesday mornings 6-7 am. 

Please register by sept 6th as there is a minimum of 4 participants required per class.

I am so excited to be able to start up so soon, we miss you very much !

Just a reminder ladies .. tonight’s class is indoors and tomorrow morning is outdoor. We will set up our stations in the back parking lot at red dawg. Please bring running shoes, water and your skipping ropes 🙂
