⛺️Tent setup will take place Thursday, Sept 10 starting at 6:00 PM during practice. Be sure to only set up in the marker spots.

As promised we are actively working on creating a fun and exciting merch line for all the fans of Falls BMX Park

We haven't found an appropriate sticker company yet but have got the design costs to meet our budget for the logos.

Each image will be able to be printed onto a hoodie or t-shirt in both child and adult sizes. We will take pre-orders until the 10th of October to ensure we can get everyone their merch before the end of season. If you require shipping please let us know and we will find the best possible rate for your location.

The 2026 BMX Provincial Championships are coming to Kingston!

Ontario Cycling, in partnership with Kingston BMX, is excited to bring the 2026 BMX (UCI) Provincial Championships to Kingston on September 13!

Open to riders of all levels, this is your chance to hit the track and be part of one of the biggest BMX events of the Ontario season. Ontario residents with a valid 2026 Ontario Cycling membership or UCI Race Licence competing in championship categories will have the opportunity to race for a Provincial Championship title and winner’s jersey!

More than a track… a BMX family!

Here we are again .... Starting to feel like Bill Murray on the set of ground hog day.

Good Morning Riders it was a wet one again last night and therefore the track remains closed due to excessive moisture on the track surface.

It has been a difficult weather year to say the least at Falls BMX Park with extreme heat waves leading to droughts followed by 1000 year storms dumping excess of 3" of rain in short periods. We appreciate all the times riders showed up this summer and did support the track and we hope that you all enjoyed this summer.

We still have a few months left with a lighter then normal schedule to start September as we head into the Provincial championships a week from tomorrow at Milton BMX Track

We still have some fun days planned for the rest of the race year and cant wait to see all our smiling faces at the track once it is safe and ready for the riders to use again.

Until then enjoy the end of the summer season this long weekend before the kids head back to school for another year

🚲🔥 THROWBACK THURSDAY — BMX STYLE! 🔥🚲

Today we’re taking it back to where BMX began! Long before carbon frames and today’s race technology, BMX bikes were all about chrome, mag wheels, padded bars, number plates, and pure style! 😎

From backyard jumps and neighborhood dirt tracks to organized racing around the world, those original BMX bikes helped build the sport we all love today.

Some of these old-school machines are now serious collector’s items—but for many riders, they bring back memories of racing your buddies, building jumps, and riding until the streetlights came on. 🤘
