On behalf of GHAA, inspite of the very hot humid weather today we are very pleased to have had 50 Archers come out today for the
BANS Rendezvous. Out of the 3 shoots we have had this year, it was the highest in attendance. There was lots of laughter on course. Great lunch at noon with the Bow Swap that went quite well. Alot of new faces. Thank you to Lance Bishop and his horse archers for coming out for some 3-D fun. Thank you to all the Sponsors of door draw prizes be it Corporate or personal. Thank you to BANS for allowing us to partake in this venture. GHAA would like to thank the grounds crew of the park for there work and support of preparing the grounds for this event. Last but not least you the people who are very understanding in letting us shut the park down for the day so we can have events like this. Look forward to seeing you all again soon.

RESCHEDULED FOR AUGUST 9TH.
Join us for a fun day of friendly Archery at Irishman's Park as you walk the trails shooting two rounds of 20 targets. Lunch will be available (cold cuts, rolls, salads, desserts, etc.) for $12 (cash only). Coolers with water will be available at a couple of spots throughout the course.

Fee:

$25.00 Adult

$15.00 Age: 13 -16

Age 12 and under free

Open to everyone. No memberships required

No cross bows

All archers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible guardian the day of the event.

No pets please.
The trail are closed to all spectators during the event.

We will be accepting registration the morning of the event. CASH ONLY. Anyone who would like to pre-register with EMT please contact Lynn Connors

If you wish to shoot as a group, please notify staff at registration.
(Max 4 shooters to a group.)

Doors open at 8:00am for Registration/check-in.

Shot gun start at 9:00am.

2 rounds of 20 targets.

First round will be shot in the morning, then there will be a lunch break. The second round will start in the afternoon.

We will have lunch for purchase on site. Cold cuts salad roll and a drink. Also sweets snacks will be available. Cash only please.

There are also several other options available five minutes away in Windsor.

Door prizes will also be given out after the shoot.
Please feel free to bring a donation for door prizes if you have something new or gently used that you no longer want.

There also be vendors on site threw out the day. If you wish to have a spot please contact us for more details. If you have any Archery equipment to sell bring it along.

Please be prepared for the weather and trail conditions. We will post closer to the event on the conditions of the trails.

Be prepared for a great day of shooting with great people.

CALLING ON ALL MEMBERS. We are still in need for a few members to volunteer on Canada day in hantsport. We need some people to run the inflatable archery range from 2:00 to 4:30
