Hi, I’m Jordyn, and I ride on the RCRA show team. I have been riding for 6 years, and this is my second season showing at RCRA. I first came to RCRA so that I could I could show more competitively, and over the past season I can confidently say that I really fell in love with it.

Last year I had the honour of working with Emily, also known as Perdita. Emily taught me almost everything I know, and I had a blast with her last year in the Short Stirrup division. She is the sweetest thing ever, which is why I am sad that I had to part with her. However, I am even more excited to see who gets the privilege of partnering with this lovely mare next.

This year, I am thrilled to say that I get to work with Hauss, also known as One Big Hauss. We have been riding together all winter, and I’ve had so much fun getting to know him. This year we are showing in the Children’s 2’3 - 2’6 division, and have hopes of taking our skills into the jumper ring later this season. I already love this big guy so much, and I can hardly wait to see what happens next.
