of highly energetic, motivating fitness instructors and
personal trainers who are experienced, well trained,
and carry only the highest levels of certifications. We are the first Ladies Only Multi-Disciplinary
Studio serving Newmarket, Aurora and the surrounding
areas. We specialize in Yoga, STOTT Pilates Reformer, Bike, Barre, Rowing, Group Fitness, Group Training, Zumba, and so much more....

We forgot to acknowledge that it’s been over a year since opening our beautiful co-ed space!

If you haven’t visited the Pilates Room yet here’s what you need to know:

⭐️Small & intimate classes with six V2 max Merrithew® | STOTT PILATES® machines with towers and all of the props you could imagine

⭐️Classes are co-ed, boys welcome!

⭐️This studio has a separate entrance so you can enter through natures emporium instead of upstairs

⭐️You can host private parties or private 1:1 sessions

⭐️ Nature's Emporium 🇨🇦 comes before all of our morning classes to take your smoothie order AND delivers it to you after class… our favourite part!
