Not every pitcher is looking for a new team.

Some are looking for more innings. Better coaching. A clearer plan. A place where their development is a priority—not an afterthought.

At Titans, our pitchers follow a structured throwing program with dedicated pitching instruction, arm care, strength and conditioning, bullpen progression, and regular feedback throughout the year.

If you're looking for an environment that will challenge you, help you improve, and give you the opportunity to earn meaningful innings, we'd like to meet you.

Catching is one of the toughest positions in baseball.

It deserves more than just showing up for practice and catching bullpens.

At Titans, our catchers work with a dedicated Catching Coordinator as part of a year-round development program, alongside specialized instruction in every area of the game.

We're looking to add one catcher to our 14U roster.

We're excited to welcome Jason Pilkington to the Titans Baseball Club coaching staff.

A former Chicago White Sox draft pick and six-year professional pitcher, Jason brings a wealth of experience to our player development program. His passion for teaching, attention to detail, and commitment to developing complete pitchers will be a tremendous asset to our athletes.

Jason will play a key role in our year-round pitching program, helping players build velocity, improve command, protect arm health, and develop the confidence to compete at the next level.

Please join us in welcoming Jason to the Titans family.
