Go where you feel afraid!

I’m Berta Berta Solomon , owner of Newmarket Wellness and Health Clinic Improve Your Life! . For me, this principle means having the courage to try something new.

At our clinic, we support people in caring for their health and well-being. As a business owner, I also believe in supporting the women on my team. Some have gone on to open their own businesses with my guidance and encouragement.

Now, I’m stepping outside my own comfort zone, from running a clinic to walking the pageant stage and embracing my femininity.

I’m giving myself the same encouragement I give other women: believe in your abilities, give yourself a chance, and take that first step.
