Why Use The Skate Mill You Ask?

✅ Real Time Technique Correction:
Coaches stand right next to the treadmill to watch posture, stride, technique, “hockey stance” and skating abilities while offering instant 1 on 1 feedback that is impossible during standard team practices on open ice.

✅ High Intensity Overload:
Adjustable inclines and variable speeds build lower body strength, push off power, and endurance thresholds much faster than routine skating.

✅ Video Analysis:
Utilizing play back on video lets players watch their stride immediately, accelerating muscle memory and habit correction

✅ High Repetition Rate:
Skaters achieve significantly more strides per minute in a compressed timeframe without stopping for drills or whistles.
