People assume Pilates instructors or any girl that loves Pilates just does Pilates. Well, Iā€™m a good example of that being soooo wrong. TBH some months I prefer one over the other but I do BOTH and that will never change.

Strength starts in the mind first.
The reason most people never start isnā€™t because they think they arenā€™t capableā€¦
Itā€™s because they convince themselves theyā€™re not ready.
