Seeing all the GTA Classic posts from this past weekend had us looking back! A little throwback to five years ago, when Sensei Kevin, Professor Cody, and Professor Shiv all competed at the same tournament. Grateful for the memories, the experience, and a pretty special day with all three making the podium and taking home gold.

Five years later, it’s pretty cool to look back on where the journey has taken us. ❤️

Train in a supportive, welcoming environment alongside other women while building fitness, confidence, strength and practical striking skills. This membership includes 2 Women’s Only Kickboxing classes per week and is perfect whether you’re brand new, getting back into shape, or looking for a fun and challenging way to stay active.

🏒🥋 In-Season Athlete Membership — $100 + HST/month
Designed for hockey players and other competitive athletes who want to keep martial arts as part of their development without taking focus away from their primary sport. Get 6 Judo or BJJ classes per month, giving athletes the flexibility to train around practices, games and tournaments while continuing to develop balance, coordination, movement, grappling and confidence.

**MINOR SCHEDULE UPDATE**

We updated our September schedule to reflect that Friday night Adult BJJ is No-Gi.

The rest remains the same, with Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays all starting at 5pm to accommodate the school schedule.

Don’t forget we now offer Co-Ed kick boxing Friday nights at 6:30pm!
