As the great Bruce Lee would be quoted saying, 'The true definition of martial arts is expressing yourself fully without any constraint; hence why it is called an 'art'. Modern Warrior has been developed to teach self defence through various martial arts which you will learn through rigorous training. You will learn practical self-defence, learn proper striking and technical movements, train to harden the body with conditioning and cardiovascular pad work, and finally develop the mind in situational awareness in order to protect yourself and loved ones. Modern Warrior Academy of Self Defence, will help shape your mind body and soul through rigorous training, preparing you for any altercations you might face in the real world.
