Meet Norm. Aka Dr. KO. Aka OG Norm. He’s been one of our fighters for several years. Last year he and his sons raised $13,000 for Parkinson’s via .grit.day. This year their goal is $30,000 and they are 59% there!! Proceeds going to Society BC. Please consider supporting them!

BOB’s pooped. The big move out happened today. Thanks to everyone near and far who helped us out during this transition! ❤️

We need to take some time off to regroup and plan for our future. One thing we know for sure is that we will continue the fight against Parkinson’s!! 🥊
