In this comparison, we show how changing the workout intensity can make a big difference:

🚶‍♀️ Elliptical:
Level 0 → Level 10 resistance
⏱️ 30 minutes

🏃‍♀️ Treadmill:
Incline 0 / Speed 9 → Incline 10 / Speed 4.5

The goal isn’t always to go faster. Adding resistance or incline can increase the challenge and recruit more muscles, making your workout more demanding. 🔥

💡 Remember: More intensity doesn’t always mean more speed. Find the level that challenges you while allowing you to maintain good form.

Happy Sunday! 😎

“Come run with me in the Mountains!” ⛰️

Last week’s 5:30 AM wake-up call was absolutely worth it! I took on a challenging 14K trail run around Cypress, starting in 12°C rain and finishing under sunny 22°C skies. 🌧️➡️☀️
Without a doubt, it was the toughest 14K I’ve done in the last 10 years. Those climbs were relentless, but every step was worth it.
The best part? Mission accomplished—and no broken bones! 💪🦴

Every challenge reminds us that growth happens outside our comfort zone. Here’s to pushing limits, embracing the journey, and celebrating every finish line.
