I am forever grateful for everyone who steps on their mat with me. I have met so many wonderful friends while teaching in our adorable community and I am so blessed to have this opportunity to move, breathe and be with you all. I hope you enjoy this day with your family and friends! We will have yoga Thursday only this week!
