The sport of Gymnastics ---covers all areas of fitness, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and strength; all of which are valuable to the health and well-being of children and youth in communities and surrounding areas. Currently, the Pictou County Gymnastics Club provides programming for children ages 18 months and up. Our programs include: Kindergym (18 mos to 3 yrs), Preschool (3-5 yrs), Recre

ation (school aged). We also offer Advanced, Pre-Competitive and Competitive Team – by invitation only.
