Good morning! ☀️

Below is our official price list and what’s included in each package,

The Studio is comprised of 3 main components,

1. Personal Training
2. Group fitness (Small & Large group)
3. Open gym only

▫️There is limited OPEN GYM only packages available and we are still offering the UNLIMITED & COMPLETE packages to new members.

▫️Our prices are set for the value we can offer our clients and try to meet them at the right membership for them,

▫️Our TRANSFORMATION package offers a 1-1 personal training session a week with a Personal trainer to help build you a program and to give you the personal touch on your fitness goals. Our workout tracking app Everfit will keep you training hard by keeping track of your workouts, setting goals and showing you progressions through our training program.

Here are some new photos of what the gym currently looks like, There is around 3,000 square feet of useable gym space and it includes 2 large rooms to train out of with over 10 pieces of cardio equipment to choose from.

☑️The Studio features;
- Free weights including full kettlebell selection, mix of barbells & bumper plates
- Full plate loaded circuit including hip thrust machine, leg press & smith machine
- Multiples of all cardio equip to do with a friend
- Air conditioning and controlled temperatures
- 50 feet of artificial turf & sled
- Change room and shower
- Clean and organized
- Full training APP available
- Friendly and supportive community

▫️We offer group fitness classes all week with a wide variety of offers including youth, seniors, HYROX, strength and co-ed based classes.

▫️We have limited open gym memberships available as our group fitness & personal training clients get access to the gym within their membership.

Heads up!

There is no regular parking today at the studio, the parking lot will be closed until Sunday! Find parking at Farmers market or Downtown!

We’ve had an extremely successful year with our Girl Squad program helping our youth girls with developing a base of fitness, learning how to workout properly and build confidence.

We are looking to EXPAND their ability to train by offering 2 new times per week;

▫️Tuesday 11:00am
▫️Thursday 11:00am
… and keeping Friday 4:30pm ongoing.

Pricing $75.00 for 1x week or $120.00 for 2-3x week.

These two new sessions are aimed towards more athletic and skill specific development in multi-sports like basketball, soccer, hockey, baseball, track etc.

☀️ Our summer youth programs are in full effect!

▫️We started off strong yesterday with Coach Logan Walsh Summer Strength camp with a group of 7! We have spaces left for 3 more youth who would like to get a jump start on training for life & sports!

Tuesday & Thursday @ 1:00pm ‼️

▫️Girl Squad has been a successfully run youth program with all girls between 11-14 building strength, confidence in the gym, having fun & motivating each other !

Fridays @ 4:30pm year round ‼️

▫️ We are extremely excited about launching our Youth goaltending program with Sam Berthiaume today

& Coach Nathan Fleming is looking to fill his Elite hockey camp this summer with another 2-3 kids to get prepped for a big hockey year in 2026/2027!
