Good afternoon,
The final week is upon us and congratulations to Blue and Green for making the Championship game and for everyone who made this season so much fun and memorable. The final games will be this Friday, June 19th:

5:15pm - Gold vs. Purple
6:30pm - Orange vs. Red
7:45pm - Blue vs. Green (Championship Game)

Subs will be used in the first two games but not in the Championship Game.
If you cannot be there, please let me know. If you are available to sub, please let me know.
If you can help referee - love to have you come out and help. I will probably need help at the table as well.

Good morning,

The semi-finals are almost upon us with games going tomorrow night, Friday, June 12th. The schedule is as follows:

5:15pm - Purple vs. Red (Ref: Me & ???)
6:30pm - Gold vs. Green (Ref: Me & ???)
7:45pm - Blue vs. Orange (Ref: Andy & ???)

We will be using substitutes in the first game but no subs in the other two games. If you cannot be there (any of the games) please let me go. If you are available to substitute in the first game please let me know. If you can help referee any of the games, please let me know. Current absences for the last two games are as follows:

Good evening,

Getting a head start on the week. Games will be on Friday, June 12th, and the schedule is as follows:

6:30pm - Gold vs. Green - Semi-Final 1
7:45pm - Blue vs. Orange - Semi-Final 2

Good afternoon,
Since this morning, the Green team has slipped beneath the six-player threshold, and so they will unfortunately, be seeded number two going into the following week, with Blue taking the top seed going into the semi-finals. This means that substitute players can participate in the 7:45 game tomorrow night since it will be a fun game with no playoff seeding ramifications.

If you are a sub and you are available to play, then please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you.

Good morning,

I have been watching the numbers come in for this week and I must admit must worry has been that we will have a forfeiture in the playoffs as the league rule from page 15 of the league document states:
A game must start with a minimum of seven players.

Now obviously this is with the intention that substitutes are available for the game but since this is the playoffs substitutes are not going to be used unless a game is forfeited from lack of regular players in advance of the game. I will have also lowered the number of players required to start a game in the playoffs to 6, since we cannot emply subs for the playoffs.

The reason we do not use subs in the playoffs is because at the end of a game Team A might have won on the scoreboard but once we adjust the points for the sub then Team B wins. It makes a mess and something I would prefer to avoid at all costs.

Our schedule for tomorrow night (Friday, June 5th) is as follows:
​5:15pm - Gold vs. Red (Ref: My Dad & Me)
- Winner will advance to the semi-finals
6:30pm - Orange vs. Purple (Ref: Shane & Andy)
- Winner will advance to the semi-finals
7:45pm - Blue vs. Green (Ref: Shane & Me/My Dad)
- Winner receives the top seed but both teams are in the semi-finals

Current absences as have been confirmed with me:
Blue Team:
Aiden Donelle, Nate Emino & Brady Gibson
Gold Team:
Nate Fancy, Carter Gray & Tyson Uhlman
Green Team:
Devin Broome, Jonathan Sheppard & Silas Sheppard

We have completed the regular season, and the playoffs are upon us this week, on Friday, June 5th. The schedule is as follows:
5:15pm - Gold vs. Red
6:30pm - Orange vs. Purple
7:45pm - Blue vs. Green
Since these games all have playoff implications, there will be no subs used this week for the games. I am looking for referees and to still know who will not be present at games.

All the best to the North Queens boys who will be heading to Provincials this weekend. Bring home the Banner!!
