Sometimes in order to create more space and inner kindness mentally, it can be beneficial to gently move one's body in truthful and nourishing ways. Authentic movement is a practice where you do just that. It's very simple: choose any piece of music you desire, lay down a yoga mat if you're on a slippery surface, close your eyes, and move to the music any which way you desire. This can sometimes even look like stillness. Experiment and see if you can release even just a small iota of judgement about your movements in favour of all-encompasing accesptance and curiosity. You can also write about the process afterwards if it feels soothing.

It's nourishing to bathe and cleanse your crystals (some are not keen on water unfortunately) when they accumulate dust or energy. Soaking them in the sun afterwards provides a welcome boost. I notice for the energetic cyclone we find ourselves in right now, it's beneficial to create a crystal vortex of sorts, if possible- clustering your crystals and pointing them towards a central place you inhabit, such as your bed or desk. When you get really still and pray for receptivity you can feel the pure 🔮 crystalline emanation. It's incredibly healing.

If you ever feel like your fate is being tested, try to nestle down and surrender to your Higher Power. Seek to find any inner resistance, and then ask your celestial support team, "What would you like me to know right now? How can I increase my faith and love for myself?" See what shapes and colors or images emerge in your mind's eye. Any sensations or thoughts. Continue to inquire if you feel unsatisfied. Perhaps look at the unsatisfaction as well. Try to peel away the layers until only the truth remains. Note: this type of inquisition can take various gos before a golden nugget is uncovered. Patience, unfortunatley, is part of the drill. Enjoy and don't give up.
