Prairie Speedworks is formerly Prairie Storm Athletics. Due to a variety of reasons we have transitioned from being primarily a track and field club to now working with team sport athletes on speed, power, and strength development. We provide a variety of training opportunities for athletes from any sporting background. Currently, we are working with athletes from the NCAA, USport, ACAC, WHL, MJHL

, AAA, High School, and more. Our athletes currently compete in hockey, rugby, track & field, soccer, volleyball, softball, baseball, and more!

⚡️Huge day on the track for Soleil today at the University of Manitoba Bison Classic!⚡️

Competing against University athletes she ran a new personal best in the 300m to finish 12th overall and followed that with a great 60m to finish 20th! Awesome results for someone who is still a JV athlete in high school! 🤯
