Lisa Myles, As the owner of No Challenge No Change, I am a Personal Trainer in Health and Wellness, Sports specific and an Nutritional Adviser. My entrepreneurial experience in management, plus group and individual training skills have been honed over 28 years of dedicated services. I continues to work with proven success from clients in dry land training, outdoors in classes and gyms with groups
and individuals of all ages and varying in activity backgrounds. In 2001 I worked with Petter Twist to harness SAQ, Speed, Agility and Quickness Training. I have applied my experience and knowledge to many of my athletes and teams making hug accomplishments. With flair and passion for young athletes I continued to educate and devote myself to Sports specifics being certified in Sports Strength and Sports Movements. My personal training, Women’s groups classes and Dryland camps operate all year round due to high client success rates mastered through years of maturity, statistic program designing and coaching. Staying current and keeping updated through new education, continuing to better my skills. In 2020 the fitness world changed dramatically from COVID-19 Pandemic making protocol readjustments. Feeling confident l am successfully moving into our second outdoor season training in my Newly designed fully equipped and highly functional Outdoors facility. Offering a wide verity of specialized programs for all walks of life. Now being double vaccinated l am excited to be training in my indoor facility.
