With our annual signature event, IWA Stepping Up 2 now in the books, We are getting ready to kickoff another season of IWA action!

With the changing of the seasons, comes a changing of the landscape of the Independent Wrestling Academy!

We are proud to announce that starting in June 2025, We will now offer TWO different pro wrestling training programs!

On Tuesday nights: Pro Wrestling Experience Class with CJ Felony

On Thursday nights: Pro Wrestling Training Class with KL Shock

Whether you just want to try out pro wrestling to fulfill a long time dream and have some fun, or you want to train more intensively towards a potential career in professional wrestling, The IWA Academy has what you need!

Sental is IWA’s only student who travelled back in time from the future to learn to wrestle, and so far, she hasn’t disappointed! Equipped with the knowledge of days to come and trained with the tools of the IWA Academy, Sental is ready for her next challenge!

That challenge isn’t far away, because on May 17th, NAGP Champion, “Angelik” Josh Angel will be returning to IWA after his successful debut at our last event, looking to send Sental back to the future before she gets a chance to fulfill her ultimate destiny!

- Main Event Announcement -

Alexi Ouromov, both the first graduate of the Independent Wrestling Academy and the first Academy Champion, reclaimed the gold from Jerry Attrick at IWA Wrestling School of Rock back in November 2024.

In his first defence, he is challenged by a 20+ year veteran of professional wrestling in Deeno Benjamin! Deeno is coming off a decisive victory over Maxx Karnage and is prepared to make the newest reign of Alexi Ouromov also the shortest!

- Graduation Match Announcement -

“Raunchy” Ricci Rose is the most tenured student to not have yet achieved his graduation from the Independent Wrestling Academy. He not only has trained since the post-pandemic dungeon era of the IWA, but him & his coach, KL Shock go back even further, once being friends at their local gym before Shock invited Rose to join the IWA Academy.

On May 17th, “Raunchy” Ricci Rose will finally get his shot to show the world that he should have graduated a LONG TIME ago. He feels like Shock left him behind because of their history, and now he’s looking to make his mentor and former friend history!

IWA management has just learned that Ray St-Jean is still confined to a wheelchair and unable to compete at IWA presents Wrestling School of Rock (Visit Acclaim Pro Wrestling for more!).
