New questions include:
• Why can’t Town staff work from home or in a hybrid model instead of relocating?
• Has the condition of the THRC building been properly assessed?
• Why was the THRC selected as the location for this project?
• How does this project improve service delivery to residents?
• What is the timeline for the THRC renovation project?
