Today, as I celebrate my 60th Birthday, I think of all the major changes I have experienced. Some tough and some downright debilitating. I have witnessed changes in my family, community and heck, in the whole world.

As I move into this stage of my life I will show people how to move through major life change easier, faster and with less pain. We don't have to struggle. There is a path we can flow through to come back to ourselves. I have the honor to share it with those who need help for the rest of my life.

Thank you Mom, for birthing me into this powerful purpose of ease and flow.

Start off on the right foot in the morning. Find beauty.

This morning I felt lost. Lacking systems, routines and direction. Went off to be by myself, meditated and journaled. I was awarded with a whale cruising the bay for his breakfast.

How do you spell RELAX?

One time during a job interview, the Interviewer asked me “how do I provide yourself with self care? “ I thought that was such a funny question and quickly answered with a list off the top of my head. She looked surprised at how easy and extensively I answered.

Later I pondered that question and her response. I had learned through my first major life change how to deeply care for myself with little to no money and little to no time. It was the very thing I credited to keep me grounded through tough times.

I thought, ‘Doesn’t everyone know what they need for self care?’ Surprising most people do not know!!

Do you know for yourself? Can you list quickly off the top of your head what fills your cup?

I invite you to explore what you have done in the pass. A cup of coffee, a snuggle in your fav blanket, a walk in the park, or anything else. What will you do in the future. Great to have in your back pocket.
